Store Terms & Privacy

The short version: you're buying optional digital perks on a community game server, delivery is automatic, and if something goes wrong we fix it in Discord. The slightly longer version is below — please read it before buying anything.

What you're buying

Everything in the store is a digital item delivered in-game on the CobbleWinds server — timed boosts, the Supporter rank, and whatever else the store page lists. Nothing physical ships, and nothing exists outside this server.

  • Purchases are tied to the Minecraft username (IGN) you enter at checkout. Typo'd your IGN? Open a ticket in Discord with your receipt and we'll re-deliver.
  • Perks live on this server only. They can't be transferred, exchanged for money, or moved to another server or account.

Refunds

  • Delivered digital goods are final sale. Once a boost has run or a rank is granted, it's been consumed — there's nothing to return.
  • Didn't get what you paid for? Open a ticket in Discord within 48 hours with your Stripe receipt. We'll re-deliver it, and if we can't, we'll refund it. Failed delivery is our problem, not yours.
  • Talk to us before opening a chargeback. We resolve issues fast, and a dispute costs the server real money even when it's resolved amicably.

Rules still apply

Buying something never exempts anyone from the server rules. A player banned for breaking the rules forfeits their perks — bans are not refundable. Don't buy perks as insurance; they aren't.

Under 18?

Ask the person who owns the payment method to make the purchase. By completing a purchase, you're confirming you either own the payment method or have the owner's permission. Parents/guardians: if a purchase was made without your permission, contact us in Discord and we'll work it out with you directly.

Availability

CobbleWinds is a community-run server, not a company product. We work hard to keep it online, but we can't promise perpetual uptime, and features may change as the game and modpack evolve. If the server ever shuts down for good, digital perks end with it — every purchase supports keeping that day far away (hosting, hardware, and upkeep).

Privacy

  • Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
  • What we do receive and keep: the IGN you enter at checkout, what you bought, and the Stripe receipt reference — enough to deliver your purchase and help you if something breaks.
  • The server also stores normal gameplay data for your Minecraft account (username, UUID, inventory, balances), like every Minecraft server does.
  • We don't sell or share any of this with anyone. Ever.
  • Want a purchase record removed after any active perks expire? Ask in Discord.

Not affiliated

CobbleWinds is an independent community server. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang, Microsoft, the Cobblemon team, Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokémon Company. All purchases follow Mojang's commercial usage guidelines — no gambling, no pay-to-win.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version appears on this page with the change noted in Discord. The version live at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
